This project involved the planning of a new retail location for a beloved menswear retailer specializing in raw denim, heritage boots, leather goods, and timeless apparel. I surveyed the space and developed a floor plan that maximized functionality, customer flow, and merchandising opportunities while reflecting the brand's identity.
